APPLE AND DATE SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS

Chilled Apples Peeled And Chopped 2 Cups
Black Dates Deseeded Chopped 8
Chilled Fresh Milk 1/2 Cup
Chilled Fresh Curd 1/2 Cup
Sugar 4 Tbsp
Ice Cubes 1/2 Cup
APPLE AND DATE SMOOTHIE

METHOD:

  • Combine half cup of fresh milk and fresh curd to form a smooth mixture.
  • Now combine the curds-milk mixture, apples, dates, sugar and ice-cubes and blend in a juicer till the mixture is smooth and frothy.
  • Pour equal quantities of the smoothie into 2 individual glasses.
  • Serve immediately garnished with an apple cube on the rim of each glass.
