INGREDIENTS

Carrot Boiled And Grated 1 Medium
French Beans Blanched And Chopped 15-20
American Corn Kernels Boiled 1/2 Cup
Green Capsicum Chopped 1/2 Cup
Butter 1 Tbsp
Onions Finely Chopped 2 Medium
Refined flour 2 Tbsp
Salt To Taste
Black Pepper Powder 1 Tsp
Potatoes Boiled, Peeled And Chopped 2 Medium Bunch
Bread slices 4
Green Chillies Finely Chopped 2-3
Processed Cheese Grated 1 cup

Cook time : 21-25 minutes
Serves : 4

METHOD:

  • Preheat oven to 180°C.
  • Heat butter in a non stick pan. Add onions and sauté till golden brown. Add refined flour and mix well. Cook for half minute.
  • Add, carrots, French beans, corn kernels and capsicum and mix.
  • Add two cups of water and whisk well so that no lumps are formed.
  • Add salt, pepper, potatoes and mix well. Allow to thicken. Take the pan off the heat and let the mixture cool.
  • Grind bread slices, green chillies, salt and pepper to a coarse powder.
  • Transfer half of the vegetable mixture in the baking dish. Sprinkle half of the bread – green chilli mixture followed by half of the cheese evenly.
  • Repeat this procedure till all the ingredients are used up.
  • Bake in preheated oven for fifteen to twenty minutes.
  • Serve hot.
