GREEN TEA AND TENDER COCONUT COOLER

INGREDIENTS

Green Tea Leaves 20-30 Leaves
Tender Coconut Flesh As Required
Tender Coconut Water 4 Glasses
Lemon 1
Sugar Syrup 4 Tbsp

Cook time : 0-5 minutes

METHOD:

  • Brew green tea leaves in sufficient boiling water for 1 minute. Strain and cool to room temperature. Pour the liquid into an ice tray and freeze to make green tea ice cubes.
  • Quarter lemon and cut into wedges. Divide into four individual glasses and muddle with a muddler.
  • Add 1 tablespoon sugar syrup into each glass. Finely chop coconut flesh and divide into each glass. Add green tea ice cubes and top with coconut water.
  • Serve chilled.
