MINT GRANITA WITH PEARS

INGREDIENTS

Mint Sprigs 8-10 And For Garnishing
Mint Syrup 1/4 Cup
Red Pear 1/4
Lemon Juice 1 Tbsp
Ice Cubes 3/4 Cup
MINT GRANITA WITH PEARS

Prep Time : 10 minutes
Cook time : 60 minutes
Serves : 1

METHOD:

  • Grind together ice cubes, mint sprigs, mint syrup and lemon juice along with some water to a thin mixture.
  • Pour the mixture into abarfitray and refrigerate till set. Scrape the mixture at regular intervals to get a granita texture using a fork.
  • Discard stem and bottom of a pear and finely chop. Put some chopped pear into individual martini glasses and put some scraped granita on top.
  • Serve immediately garnished with a mint sprig.
