  • Cut one lemon into thin slices and deseed.
  • Cut the other lemon into half.
  • Quarter one half and put into a glass. Keep the other half aside.
  • Add mint leaves and muddle well.
  • Transfer it into a large jar, add salt, sugar syrup and juice of remaining half lemon and sufficient water and stir well.
  • Cut the sliced lemon into half and put each half in a popsicle mould.
  • Add crushed ice and the mojito mixture and top with more crushed ice.
  • Set in the freezer for 1-2 hours or till set.
  • Serve chilled.
