INGREDIENTS

Onion Tomato Masala 150 Grams
Carrot 60 Grams
Beans 60 Grams
Mixed Peppers 40 Grams
Spinach 400 Grams
Zucchini 40 Grams
Yellow Squash 40 Grams
Salt to taste
Babycorn 30 Grams
Chilli Powder 10 Grams
Coriander Powder 10 Grams
Ginger Garlic Paste 10 Grams
Ricotta Cheese 100 Grams
Pine Nuts 50 Grams
Paneer 200 Grams
PANEER CANNELLONI WITH KADAI SABZIRATATOUILLE

METHOD:

  • Cut paneer into slices and add salt.
  • In a bowl take blanched spinach. Chop it squeeze out the excess water and mix it with pine nuts and ricotta cheese and parmesan cheese in it.
  • Apply this mixture on slice of paneer and roll it and on a slow flame cook it on a pan.
  • Put kadhai subz mixture on top.
  • Take a clean sanitized pan , heat oil , and sauté the ginger garlic paste.
  • Add the premade onion tomato masala to the pan.
  • Add the pre blanched vegetables and heat.
  • Add in the dry masala spices, add in the spinach.
  • Add salt, finish it.
  • Serve hot with cream as garnish.
