PANEER TAMATAR KA KUT

INGREDIENTS

Cottage Cheese 100 Grams
Tomato 50 Grams
Tomato Puree 100 Ml
Coconut Milk 20 Ml
Tamarind Pulp 15 Ml
Asafoetida A Pinch
Red chilli powder 5 Grams
Salt to taste
Turmeric Powder A Pinch
Curry Leaves 5 Grams
Coriander Powder 10 Grams
Rai Seeds 5 Grams

METHOD:

  • Heat oil aad the chopped garlic, mustard seeds and tomato wedges. Sauté well.
  • Add tomato puree cook till the tomato are soft add salt ,red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, sugar.
  • Now add tamarind,jaggery mixture, followed by coconut milk.
  • Lastly place paneer triangles and simmer gently.
  • Cook till the oil separates.
  • Serve with a fried curry leaves on top.
