INGREDIENTS

Grapes 100 Grams
Fresh Cream 1 Tbsp
Ghee 1 Tbsp
Cumin Seeds 1/4 Tsp
Coriander Powder 1/2 Tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1/2 Tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/4 Tsp
Salt to taste
Black Pepper Powder A Pinch
Fresh Coriander Leaves Chopped 2 Tbsp

Prep Time : 0-5 minutes
Cook time : 6-10 minutes
Serves : 2

METHOD:

  • Heat ghee in a non stick pan. Add cumin seeds. Once they crackle, add grapes.
  • Add salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, black pepper powder. Saute for two minutes.
  • Add cream and mix well.
  • Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.
