SPICY VEGETABLE FINGERS

INGREDIENTS

Carrot Grated 1 Medium
Cualiflower Grated 1/4 Medium
Green Capsicum Finely Chopped 1 Small
Cabbage Finely Chopped 1/4 Small
French Beans Finely Chopped 8-10
Onions Finely Chopped 1 Small
Red Chilli Flakes 2 Tsp
Cornflour/Cornstarch 5 Tbsp
Refined Flour 2 Tbsp
Coriander Leaves Finely Chopped 2 Tbsp
White Pepper Powder 1/4 Tsp
Salt To Taste
Lite Soya Sauce 1 Tsp
Oil To Deep Fry
SPICY VEGETABLE FINGERS


Prep Time : 11-15 minutes
Cook time : 6-10 minutes
Serves : 4

METHOD:

  • Put carrot, cauliflower, capsicum, cabbage, French beans, onion, salt, cornflour, refined flour, chilli flakes, coriander leaves, white pepper powder and soy sauce in a bowl and mix well.
  • Heat sufficient oil in a wok.
  • Divide this mixture into equal portions and roll into balls. Shape each ball into two-inch long fingers and deep-fry in hot oil till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
  • Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
